Dance Dance Dance...what a fantastic way to get fit and have fun. One session last night but couldn't make it tonight too much on the go.

What a frustrating game...one minute you have all the great hands the next minute you have all the duds..and why do I play it over and over again ...its not a game of skill more a game of patience..but I can answer my own question. The reason I play it over and over again is that sense of winning which is like a drug. It takes my mind off work and every day issues.The free versions are the least stressful bringing cash into the mix will always end up in disaster unless you are lucky number 7.

Though the best way to de-stress is to plan a holiday and go on a holiday...

This year is to be the year for great achievement. Since my last blog I have changed jobs and have restarted my career in Project Management. Life as a working mom is not easy. However as the saying goes :

Tuesday blues

We passed through the hours so quickly today. My sweet angel went shopping with me and had a quick bite before heading off to bed again. I need to start exercising before all my hard work goes straight up the chimney in a puff of smoke!

working mom

Its been a month since I started working again. I have felt more alive than I have in months. With the passing of my dearest mum on 26th March 2006 this has been a great come back to the pit of depression I have felt the days , weeks and months after the tragedy. The job itself is a wonderful challenge and I am excited about the prospects that may come from it.

This past weekend was wonderful , drank champagne with my close friend. E and B played wonderfully together until we all got rather tired and needed to get some sleep.

Yesterday was an awesome day here in CT and the beach was calling us. After enjoying a leisurely breakfast that morning we made our way down to Dangers where the sea was so amazing I could have stayed in it all afternoon.It was a short stay when the current became pretty strong and a powerful wave decided to soak all our towels and clothes , minutes later the Shark patrol came blasting the horn, we decided it was time to leave and headed out to a local restaurant to get something to eat and sip a cold drink.

After filling our bellies and quenching the salty thirst it was time to head home and get ready for Monday morning.
